In 2007 we visited the most beautiful vacation areas in Thailand. We also took station on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. Especially appealing were the beautiful beach in Chaweng Beach and the special flair of the promenade Chaweng Beach Road.

As experienced operators of various food and beverage outlets in different countries (e.g. Germany, Italy, Romania), we were pleasantly impressed by the excellent gastronomic offer on the island of Koh Samui. But we quickly realized, that we should introduce our concept a significant complement and broaden of the local culinary offering. So we started to search for a suitable location for a restaurant, because we wanted to implement another project in action. After we had found a really nice and central place in the heart of Chaweng, the implementation of the decision to establish an Italian restaurant in the feel-good class, was not very difficult. After a too long construction period, we opened in spring 2009, finally, the San Remo lounge.

Between the Soi Solo and Soi Green Mango, in the immediate vicinity of Mc Donalds and across from Burger King and Christy's Cabaret Show in the middle of the shopping street of Chaweng Beach Road, then right in there, you can find us.

"Just around the corner” you will find the beautiful sandy beach of Chaweng.

Most of the typical, traditional recipes of Italian cuisine Lucio was taught by his mother living in Ledge before his training in the restaurant business in his earliest youth. All pizzas, pasta and spaghetti are homemade. Enjoy the feeling to eat like at mummy.
